APPROVAL STATUS: The retail center received MXD concept plan approval on November 19, 2008 which allows for the retail center and other commercial uses. Based upon final situation of the retail buildings, requisite plans will be prepared and permitted.
The residential portion of the Brunswick Crossing PUD has received full Phase I, II and III preliminary plan approvals which secure the ability to develop 1,505 residential units. The project is planned to be developed in seven phases. The first phase consists of 230 units and includes the welcome/community center and pool and recreation facilities for the PUD. This first phase has been fully engineered, has received final plan approval and infrastructure construction is underway with model home construction anticipated to begin in 2009. Construction of the primary entrance roads to the residential and commercial areas of the PUD are also included in the first phase.
