Vice President, Core Development Group, Inc. Vice President and Broker of Record, Core Commercial Brokerage, LLC Henry entered the commercial real estate field directly out of Boston University (BS/BA Finance 1983). Mr. Forster has worked his entire career in the commercial real estate industry and his experience is comprehensive. After starting out with a real estate syndication firm performing acquisition, leasing and disposition-related services, Mr. Forster completed graduate studies at American University (M.B.A. Finance/Real Estate 1986). His tenure at Core Development Group, Inc. began in 1986 and has included brokering, developing, financing and/or asset management of retail, office, warehouse and industrial buildings and land. Mr. Forster maintains an active role in the Greater Washington Commercial Association of Realtors and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Associate Vice President Having entered the commercial real estate field in 1996, Mr. Krasnow brings a wealth of business experience to Core Commercial Brokerage. Mr. Krasnow was a Regional Vice President of Sales for an international consumer goods company as well as a Vice President-Sales for a nationally recognized financial institution. He received a BS/BA from Washington University in St. Louis (1973) and an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (1975). Most recently, he was a Senior Vice President of Century Realty Group in Rockville, Maryland. Sharon’s employment with Core Development Group, Inc. began in 1995. Sharon has extensive leasing experience including retail, office and warehouse transactions. Sharon is experienced in market research, and site selection, lease negotiation and asset management. Prior to working for Core Development Group, Inc., Sharon was a Vice President for Commercial and Mortgage Lending. In that capacity, Sharon was responsible for management of lending operations and asset disposition efforts. Sharon is a licensed Maryland real estate sales person.

With over 20 years experience, Janet is nationally known for her market surveys, site selection and fiscal impact analysis as well as leasing and investment sales. Janet is a graduate of Syracuse University and has a MBA from Northeastern University.
